Tom Flynn

Tom Flynn has over 20 years of program and project management experience
in the private and public sectors. His experience includes managing the
planning of a $150 million program, leading numerous capital facility
projects, assessing the project management capability of organizations,
reviewing project management methodologies and systems, and coaching
project teams. Tom is an excellent communicator who has spoken at
conferences, prepared articles, developed PM courses and has delivered
over 100 project management seminars, including strategic project
management, project planning and control, project management offices and
project estimating. He has a Master's degree, is certified in a leading
project management methodology and has a Six Sigma Green Belt
certificate.
