Trina McQueen
Trina McQueen is an Adjunct Professor specializing in Arts and Media Administration for the Schulich School of Business, York University. Mrs. McQueen is a veteran television broadcaster who has held senior management positions in both public and private television. She retired in 2003 as President and Chief Operating Officer of CTV, Canada’s largest private broadcaster. She was responsible for the operations of its network, its 27 affiliated stations, 17 cable channels and three production companies; as well as sales and marketing for the company. Since her retirement she has remained active in the industry, and in 2006 she was named one of the 100 most powerful women in Canada. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation; and a member of the Advisory Board of the National Film Board.
