Lee-Anne McAlear

Lee-Anne McAlear is co-director of the Centre of Excellence in Applied Innovation Management for the Schulich Executive Education Centre, York University.Lee-Anne is an experienced facilitator, writer, consultant and speaker with a background in innovation, leadership development, strategic planning and team effectiveness.

She has worked with teams around the world (27 countries, five continents) in many forums (planning and training sessions, conferences, key note speaking etc.) and in many sectors, both public and private. Lee-Anne has been responsible for delivering an extensive range of award-winning training initiatives; facilitating executive teams through strategic planning and consulting in the area of innovation.

Lee-Anne has led a number of leadership conferences for clients as diverse as Johnson & Johnson, Baxter Health Care, Rich’s Food Group International, CIBC, Fidelity Investments and Ontario Heart and Stroke.

Megan Mitchell

Consultant, speaker, author and educator, Megan is Director of Happen North America, an insight-based innovation company, and co-director of SEEC’s Centre of Excellence in Applied Innovation Management. Megan is an accomplished leader in Innovation, Leadership Development and Change Management, with nearly 20 years of experience across multiple disciplines at Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.  She helps companies transform through culture and targeted innovation initiatives that push boundaries. Her passion is leadership effectiveness to build innovation capacity and helping organizations build a culture of innovation. She is a winner of the W.E. Upjohn Award for Innovation. Megan is a regular contributor to the World Future Society and Mindcamp Creativity conferences and is part of the faculty for SEEC’s Masters Certificate in Business Leadership for Human Resource Professionals, which runs bi-annually.
