Global Executive Program in Mining Leadership

Mining has always been a complex field, but the challenges faced by leaders of mining sector organizations have never been as demanding as they are today, with external pressures and unexpected changes coming from every direction.

Effective leaders in mining need well-developed tools and techniques to address this new complexity in order to stay one step ahead and see long-term projects to their successful completion.

Moving away from technical or site operational issues, this program offers participants a unique opportunity to develop the "big picture" to explore and better anticipate the higher-level, complex challenges both inside and external to mining organizations.

Participants will hear from mining industry and organizational experts, practice problem solving using cases and exercises, and, through a combination of peer coaching and application of new knowledge, will develop an action plan that addresses a challenge they currently face in their own organization.
