BECOME AN OD PROFESSIONAL TRAINED IN BOTH THEORY AND PRACTICE, WITH A SOLID GRASP OF BUSINESS FUNDAMENTALS:

Understand the theory base for OD, and learn the tools you need to be an effective practitioner, whether working as an external OD consultant, an internal OD specialist, or as a manager.  Ground your knowledge of OD in business fundamentals so that, as an OD practitioner, you can contribute fully in the executive suite.  Practice and develop what you have learned in a Practicum that takes place in a site of your choosing, mentored by a highly skilled OD professional.

The SEEC/CODI Masters Certificate in OD (MCOD) is composed of 3 elements:  

• CODI’s three-module, 12-day Intensive OD and Change Intensive Program
• SEEC’s four-day course Business Acumen for OD Professionals, June 4-7, 2013
• The New SEEC/CODI OD Practicum

Program duration: Approximately 10 months, including 16 days coursework and approximately four days in the Practicum

SEEC/CODI “OD Practicum”: June 3, 2013 – January 31, 2014
