SEEC Partners with Dubai International Financial Centre to Deliver Executive Education Programming

 

Schulich’s Executive Education Centre (SEEC) announced last month that it is partnering with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Centre of Excellence in Dubai, UAE, to provide executive education programs in the Middle East, Africa and India.  

 

The partnership will enable SEEC to offer a wide range of programs, including professional development courses in Operational Risk Management, Real Estate Management and Project Management. The courses will be offered beginning in March 2009.

 

His Excellency Dr. Omar Bin Sulaiman, Governor of DIFC, said, “Rapid economic expansion has created an urgent need to build a large base of qualified professionals who can lead the region through the challenges of growth and change. We are keen to work with global institutions such as the Schulich School of Business to widen the opportunities for regional professionals to access world-class education opportunities.”

The partnership was officially launched on November 24, 2008 in Dubai at a reception jointly hosted by the DIFC Centre of Excellence and the Schulich School of Business Executive Education Centre.
