Court Stevens
Court has been directly associated with contract management,
as a project director for large Federal
Government programs,
and as a consultant and instructor, for over
20 years.
Court provides training on the best practices
of business and management processes associated with
all of the phases of procurement management.
This includes contract management planning and implementation,
preparing requests for proposals, preparing well-written proposals in
response to an RFP, and negotiating effectively (e.g. contracts).
Court was one of the principal designers of
the British Columbia government's Procurement and Contract Management
Program (PCMP) and was a senior instructor of four courses for this
program.
Court has acquired 30 years experience in all facets
of leadership, both as an officer in the Canadian Forces,
and as a professional development consultant in the
private sector. As a senior officer, he held various
and challenging leadership positions in both Canada
and abroad.

Transitioning in 2000 to the Schulich Executive Education Centre Tom used resources needed to research, identify, and develop the unique Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership, now the flagship program of the Centre of Excellence in Municipal Leadership. He is the Chair of the current Municipal Advisory Board of Chief Administrative Officers / City Managers. This group provides guidance and advice in the continuing development of the Centre of Excellence in Municipal Leadership.

Linda Irvine, R.N., B.Sc.N., M.Ed, brings over 25 years of leadership and education experience to the Schulich School of Business, York University, having occupied strategic management, education and executive health portfolios while working with a variety of organizations, governments, hospitals and universities.
Within these roles, Linda’s results-oriented expertise translated into the design of programs and processes to address organizational and individual goals. This included implementing a Succession Planning Process for the Regional Municipality of York where she currently is the Head of Corporate Learning and Organizational Development.
