Prior to his time with the Schulich School of Business, Claude Legrand was considered was one of Canada's foremost consultants in the areas of direct and interactive marketing for clients such as Bell, Air Canada, General Motors, CIBC and Glaxo. It is with this successful mentality that Claude approaches all of his courses taught at SEEC. Having amassed extensive experience in innovation, strategic planning, marketing, interactive technologies and culture change directly designed for large organizations, Claude is an ideal fit for bringing innovative topics to participants willing to listen, adapt, and adopt. Born in France and educated at the Paris Business School (MBA program), Claude has been a Canadian citizen for over 22 years and currently resides in Toronto. Apart from SEEC, Claude is also the co-creator and president of Ideaction.

Joe Fayt
Joe is one of Canada's most accomplished service marketing professionals, with over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and client servicing. Joe is currently a Marketing Instructor at the Schulich School of Business in the MBA program, and also conducts corporate training programs.
His extensive senior-level experience working in client servicing environments makes him an ideal deliverer of highly educational seminars. He served as a Group Manager with the Air Miles Reward Program, managing relationships with major clients including Shell Canada, Telus, BCTel, Stentor and Boston Pizza. Joe has also served as a Group Account Director at Carlson Marketing Group, and VP of Business Development for Mosaic Direct and Interactive. During his tenure, he created and implemented major service based customer campaigns for British Airways' "Executive Club", and for the TD Canada Trust "Service Plus" loyalty program.

Lee-Anne McAlear
Lee-Anne McAlear is an Associate Program Director for the Centre of Excellence in Innovation Management for the Schulich School of Business, Executive Development Education, York University. Lee-Anne McAlear is an experienced facilitator, writer, consultant and speaker with a background in innovation, leadership development, strategic planning and team effectiveness.
She has worked with teams around the world (27 countries, five continents) in many forums (planning and training sessions, conferences, key note speaking etc.) and in many sectors, both public and private. Lee-Anne has been responsible for delivering an extensive range of award-winning training initiatives; facilitating executive teams through strategic planning and consulting in the area of innovation.
She is currently the Associate Program Director Centre of Excellence in Innovation Management SEEC.
Lee-Anne has led a number of leadership conferences for clients as diverse as Johnson & Johnson, Baxter Health Care, Rich’s Food Group International, CIBC, Fidelity Investments and Ontario Heart and Stroke.
