An Industrial Engineer with over 12 years of experience as a seasoned project management consultant with Canadian, American and Worldwide organizations, Benoit specializes in the implementation of project management business practices and disciplines as well as the integration of enterprise project management information systems. His abilities to synthesize business processes, his no-nonsense, practical approach and his communication skills have earned him an excellent reputation. In addition to providing services as a trainer and facilitator, Benoit is the director of PMC – Project Management Centre and the Institut de formation en gestion de projets (IFGP).
