Custom Leadership Programs

SEEC’s leadership programs offer highly focused training that develop the required competencies and capabilities of your emerging, future and high potential leaders.  Our programs offer a unique blend of individual and group practical application and coaching, along with a variety of online resources.

Addressing Your Competency Requirements

As your executive education partner, we work closely with your organization to:
  • Link leadership development to your talent management and succession plans.
  • Create solutions directly aligned with your strategy, culture and core competencies.
  • Customize learning and coaching relevant to your business.
  • Incorporate opportunities for participants to acquire and demonstrate executive skills for increased visibility and upward mobility.

SEEC’s Leadership Approach

Our approach focuses on essential skillsets required for 21st century leaders to achieve personal success and effectively impact an organization.  This is reflected in our leadership model, which serves as the foundation for our off-the-shelf leadership programs and the starting point in discussing and developing customized programs.
The SEEC leadership model incorporates five (5) essential elements for leadership success  – strategic agility, leadership resilience, building the team, collaborative culture, and sustainability – that affect individuals, teams, organization and industry/system.  Core principles of innovation, collaboration, integrity and excellence are incorporated throughout.

SEEC provides a unique blend of theory and practice, combining the academic rigour of our faculty with the vast experience of expert industry practitioners.

Practical Application

A key component of SEEC’s leadership development programs is the practical application of acquired knowledge to further develop business and strategic thinking skills as well as the courage and ability to propose strategic solutions at a very high level.  Participants interact and reflect in role-play activities, real world simulations, and competitive learning strategies.  Two of SEEC’s signature and highly-effective application tools include:
  • Applied Learning Program (ALP): a real world team assignment that applies learned methodologies and culminates to a high level presentation to their executives.
  • Personal Development Action Plans (PDAP): personal plans that focus on development targets and the behaviour, skills changes, and specific actions necessary to achieve their goals.  Results monitoring and on-going coaching ensure intentions are translated into action.
Further, SEEC can provide dedicated online resources during and after the program that contain a variety of tools, resources, and a social forum.
