Rhodes Thinking Intentions Profile

The Thinking-Intentions Profile™, known as Rhodes’ TIP, is a unique instrument that makes visible what is normally hidden - the inner drives which shape thought. We call these inner drives “Thinking-Intentions”. Thinking is complex. Rhodes’ TIP brings the simplicity needed to be effective. In a clear and straight-forward way, it shows the unique patterning of each person’s Thinking-Intentions. It penetrates to the basic structures of thought. Each participant in the leadership program will complete an online self-assessment and will receive a detailed debrief.

LeadershipPro

A normative personality profile, the Leadership Pro (LPP™), has been proven to predict performance and retention in management and leadership roles. It assesses the factors that allow managers and leaders to effectively manage people and performance together. The LPP™ identifies a range of leadership competencies including approach to motivating others, emotional intelligence, leadership style, communication style, approach to coaching, feedback and training, recruiting approach and other critical management competencies. This executive employee selection tool can also be used in executive coaching, team building, mentoring and conflict resolution and is used by many of the world's leading organizations to turn leadership potential into performance and results.

EQPro

The Emotional Quotient Profile (EQPRO™) provides an assessment of an individual's approach to processing emotional information. Individuals who complete the EQPRO™ improve their self awareness by identifying how they approach their own and other people's feelings and emotions and how they will use that information to guide their thinking and actions. Individuals with a high Emotional Quotient (EQ) are more likely to make use of all the emotional information available to them which will contribute to their ability to effectively lead and manage others. The detailed real-time reporting system provides individuals with the information they need to self manage the development of their EQ through coaching and training.

Trust Pro

The TrustPro™ is a trust assessment that measures an individual's propensity toward trust. The assessment diagnoses what the individual does to facilitate or impede trust in their business relationships. The customized, detailed reporting system develops self awareness and helps coach and develop this critical skill.

360PRO™

The 360PRO™ is a customized assessment tool that provides leaders with structured and constructive feedback regarding specific leadership competencies, strength and style. The 360PRO™ is a personal growth and corporate alignment tool that provides constructive feedback from supervisors, peers and direct reports. It identifies strengths and developmental opportunities, complements performance evaluations and helps improve performance culture.

Culture Snapshot

The Culture Snapshot survey reveals the strength of your organization's culture patterns (organizational and leader practices, group norms of behavior and beliefs) that strongly influence your organization’s vitality and the success of its strategic direction and goals. The Culture Snapshot consists of a Foundation Culture Snapshot survey that focuses on eight culture dimensions that contribute to a vibrant and effective work environment. This is a broad scan across multiple aspects of culture using 85 survey statements and two open-ended questions.

Corporate Vital Signs™

Corporate Vital Signs™ is a diagnostic tool that assesses and benchmarks those corporate vital signs known to predict future corporate performance, revenue growth and profitability. It provides current-state feedback to corporate decision makers, focused by vital signs profiles rolled up and broken out to corporate levels, divisions, and key staff groups as defined by corporate strategy.
